Once the buildings are stabilized, we carefully analyze possible exit strategies that could include either selling the building or holding for the long term. This creates safe, clean, affordable housing and income for our investors while they sleep.

Capital Raising Committee

Every shareholder is a capital raiser. We want to share this opportunity with people that we love and trust. Cornerstone is looking for people who want to be our bank and receive a monthly interest payment every single month.

Operations Management Committee

Once properties are acquired, they are handed over to another 6 different shareholders to manage the business of each property. This involves property management, all banking needs, insurance, and any other tasks that are involved in running the business day by day.

Investor Relations Committee

Investors matter! It’s incredibly important to emphasize the importance of striving for 100% customer satisfaction. This committee deals exclusively with our investors, insuring the return on capital and more importantly the return of capital.
