What’s Holding You Back From Your Next Action Step?

As we gently roll into Q4 of this year some of us may be left in a confused state as to where the heck 2024 went? I know I am one of those; confused over how time flies, yet inspired over what lays ahead in Q4 and into the new year.

One thing that we have seen from our Shareholders this year is an extreme amount of action. Action in reviewing deals, action on negotiating, action on doing what it takes to grow a successful business.

Even as I take a look at my roster of coaching and consulting clients there is a common thread. They are all here to take action. Why is that? Because I am surrounded by people who are working hard on building their vision of what success looks like.

So here is my inspiration for you today. #1 surround yourself with the right people. People that lift you up and help you see your own greatness. #2 take action on anything you are thinking of.

It could be reaching a 10k/day step count, meeting with a good friend 1x/month or reading 10 pages of a real estate book a day. Your goal never has to mirror the person beside you, but it needs to be deeply connected to a desire you have in your heart.

Go ahead, evaluate your friend circle, release that which no longer serves you. Connect with more like minded people, get clear on your priorities and go. Boldly, bravely in the direction of your dream. At the end of the day the results are up to you.

And above and beyond. Do not give up on yourself. You are more powerful than you think.

This article is written with the goal of lifting you up and reminding you of your strength. Regardless if active investing or passive investing is right for you, both are excellent ways to get you closer to your goal. If you are looking to learn more about what it looks like to become a passive investor with Cornerstone Multifamily please reach out. We would love to help you take action on your goals.
